	BASIC WEBSITE $350.00 This includes the design of the page, scanning of up to 3 images, and the creation of one form for users to fill in (which will be submitted by e-mail). Links to other websites and e-mail addresses are included as desired.			ADVANCED WEBSITE $750.00 This includes a more dynamic design consisting of up to 5 pages linked together with a 'contents' section that is always displayed at the top of the pages or on the down the left hand side of the page. The 'contents' section will reflect the current page being displayed and text in the status bar that describes each page as the user moves their mouse over each entry in the 'contents' section. This design also includes scanning of up to 5 images, up to 2 hours of custom JavaScript programming, and creation of one form for users to fill in (which will be submitted by e-mail).
