HOW IS IT POWERED?
Daylite Windows are powered with 120V AC with either a 8 foot cord that plugs into a standard outlet, or can be hardwired to a household circuit.
SHIPPING POLICY
Items in our catalog are normally shipped via UPS within 30 days. The product prices shown in the catalog include freight to the continental US. All other locations are provided with a firm shipping cost before the order is placed. When an item is shipped, you are provided with a tracking number.
Occasionally, larger items must be crated and shipped via common carrier. In those cases the quoted price will also include the shipping charge.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
DAYLITE WINDOWS:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
EVO-LITE:
All returns must have an RMA number and be in resalable (in un-opened original packaging, not having been installed) condition to be accepted as a return. There is a 25% restock fee for all returned products. Any credit card processing fees cannot be refunded.
